Summary
An attractive and deceptively spacious detached dormer bungalow, set within generous grounds in the sought-after village of Ashcott.

Offering beautifully balanced accommodation with a high degree of flexibility, this impressive home combines comfort, space and potential in a well-connected village setting.

Accommodation briefly comprises three double bedrooms, two receptions, two bathrooms, kitchen, utility and cloakroom, along with a large dressing room which has potential to create a fourth bedroom from.

Complemented by extensive gardens, ample private parking and offered with no onward chain, the property presents an exceptional opportunity for both family living and future enhancement.

Accommodation
Green Briars offers a wonderful sense of space and flow, with well-proportioned rooms arranged to create a comfortable living environment.

A welcoming entrance hall sets the tone, leading through to the principal reception rooms. The living room is particularly impressive, generous in scale and filled with natural light from its south facing bay window, centred around a feature fireplace which provides a natural focal point for the room.

The adjoining dining room offers an ideal setting for both formal entertaining and everyday living, with French doors opening out to the garden and creating a seamless connection to the outside, along with a further feature fireplace.

The kitchen is thoughtfully arranged with a good range of fitted cabinetry and work surfaces, providing both functionality and potential for further refinement. A separate utility room and pantry enhance practicality, ensuring the main living spaces remain uncluttered and well organised.

Two very well-proportioned double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, alongside a contemporary shower room, offering the option of single-level living if required.

To the first floor, the principal bedroom provides a peaceful and private retreat, complemented by built-in storage and an adjoining study or dressing room—perfectly suited to modern lifestyles. This could easily be a fourth bedroom if carefully redesigned.

A further bathroom and separate WC complete the first floor accommodation, providing both comfort and convenience.

Outside
The property is approached via a generous driveway, providing ample parking for multiple vehicles and creating an immediate sense of arrival.

The gardens form a particularly attractive feature, extending to both the front and rear and predominantly laid to lawn, framed by mature trees, shrubs and established planting.

The grounds provide an ideal setting for outdoor entertaining, relaxation and family life, with significant scope for landscaping or further enhancement.

Ashcott is a highly regarded Somerset village, offering a blend of rural charm and accessibility.
