Surrounded by approximately nine acres of well-arranged land, the property combines garden, pasture, and arable fields, providing a perfect balance of beauty and practicality.

Inside, Riggs Farm is a welcoming and flexible home. The country-style kitchen, complete with an Aga and dining area, forms the heart of the house, while three additional reception rooms provide light-filled spaces for entertaining or relaxing. A home office, boot room, and utility room add further practicality for modern family life.

Upstairs, six well-proportioned bedrooms include a generous master suite with en-suite bathroom, dressing room, and walk-in wardrobes. A family bathroom and separate shower room complete the first-floor layout.

The property’s exterior is equally impressive. The fully enclosed courtyard features lawn, patio, and a covered area ideal for outdoor dining or gatherings. Additional benefits include a double garage, the Dutch barn, and a selection of outbuildings, all arranged to complement the farmhouse and its setting.

Riggs Farm offers a rare combination of space, versatility, and scenic beauty, making it an exceptional home for those seeking a rural lifestyle with equestrian, smallholding, or simply country living aspirations.
