All Units come with our signature Double Midnight Navy upholstered bed with memory foam mattress on the plush grey carpeting, ensuring you have the best nights sleep, and with industrial style bedside tables with more touch sensitive gold lamps you don't even need to get up to switch off the lights!
All units come with 32" smart TV too so you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows, and with the roller black out blinds you can really have the best cinematic experience!
Plus with astro-turf garden, the weather is never a problem with keeping the garden looking pristine all year round!
STUDIO 6 - This studio is located on the top floor of the property. This studio is fully self contained, so no need to use any of the communal space!
With Modern finished to match the rest of the house, this studio is super private as no foot traffic on the way up to the studio!
As you enter the studio, on your left-hand side you will find your very own sofa lounge area! The plush midnight navy upholstered 2-seater matches perfectly with the matching upholstered double bed and is the perfect spot to relax and watch your 32" smart TV on the wall opposite! Andy with coffee tables and even a side table, you have plenty of space to not have to keep getting up for a drink!
The whole studio has grey and black accents, with industrial style wood features to keep it practical too! The bed is located beside the lounge, with 2 bedside tables with extra drawers you can keep everything close, and we have even added 2 industrial style gold cage lamps with extra charging ports, the bedroom is a really cosy space!
Along the wall, there is a built in Storage compartment in the eaves. This spans the whole length of the wall and means that any storage boxes can be kept completely out of sight!
The desk is opposite the bed in its own little nook. This is one of the largest options we provide, with plenty of surface space for a multi-screen set up, and shelving on the right hand side perfect for any books or paperwork, we can keep your work as organised as possible. And again with another touch sensitive lamp with extra ports, you never have to compromise on the socket space!
With Virgin business the connection will never drop out, but we have also installed a built in ethernet point behind the desk in order to provide a hard wired connection just in case.
The Kitchen is stunning!
With practicality in mind, this is built even for the most active of chefs!
With geometric ceramic tiling on the floor to help provide an easy clean up and modern feel, and grey wooden cabinets with black accents and all integrated appliances, the kitchen ties in seamlessly to the rest of the studio!
You have your very own under counter fridge and freezer, Built in microwave, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, 4 burner hob and oven, not to mention all the cupboard space to store as much as possible, you have the perfect place to cook your morning breakfast or a great meal in the evening!
