The room itself is beautiful. The room has plenty of light in the day and is a cosy bedroom when the bespoke black out blind is drawn. There is a large, upholstered midnight navy double bed with bedside table and designed caged industrial style bedside lamp. The room will come with the bed and mattress however bedding is not provided. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only.

WORKSTATION AREA:
There is an industrial style desk positioned next to the bedside table. The desk is a great size and comes with a wooden comfortable chair. The 32" Smart TV is positioned within the kitchen with the ethernet point directly behind it.

WOW, the en-suite must be the best part. This floor to ceiling marble tiled bathroom is one of a kind. There is a built in mirror with glass grey vanity unit, perfect for storage. The shower has sliding doors with great pressure rainfall shower head and detachable hose.

STORAGE:
This room offers a huge amount of storage with a bespoke built in wardrobe. The wardrobe has 2 large mirror sliding door which open to one side of bespoke compartments perfect for folded clothes. The other side offers two rails and floor space for shoes.

KITCHENETTE:
The studio has its own kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need. There is washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, microwave sink, cupboards & storage. The only thing the Kitchenette doesn't have is oven & Hob for this you would use the communal kitchen. We have no objection to you purchasing an air fryer or convection microwave if you wish to remain more self-contained.

The Property:
The house has a boho chic Luxury feel to it with stunning finishes throughout.

This house has 9 rooms, 6 of the rooms are all studios with their own kitchenettes. Kitchenette rooms. These kitchenettes include built in microwave, mini fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cupboards and storage sink and washer-dryer and some are entirely self-contained with their own oven.

As you are the first tenants to move into the property - Kitchenette rooms come with oven tray, oven utensils, cups, mugs, cutlery, plates & bowls. This is also provided in the main communal kitchen.

Communal Areas:
The house has amazing, shared facilities, The communal area has a bespoke upholstered seating bench in a stunning midnight navy. There is then a cut to size dining table in industrial wood. This area is perfect for eating meals and unwinding or can be used for work. There is a 32" Smart Tv also.

The communal area has a back door leading out to the path and then into the astro-turf garden.

The communal and kitchen are both finished with white marble flooring, making it not only look sleek but easy to keep clean.

There is a large utility cupboard built in the back wall of the communal which has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. Many of the studios have their own so a great ratio to ensure you are never waiting :).

The communal then links onto the shared kitchen. This has HUUUGE amounts of storage. There is a lush teal wrap around kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster x2, sink. The kitchen back wall has tall larder units where we have one side full height fridge, one side full height freezer. There is so much space. Especially as the kitchenette rooms don't require as much/if any room in the main communal.

We have provided some crockery, plates, bowls, cups to begin with but we always recommend to get your own.

Garden: IMPECCABLE OUTDOOR SPACE
The garden is a great size,. There is a a great ASTRO- TURF AREA, making the garden useable and tidy all year round.
