In the living room this features a modern fire with TV above and in the kitchen/dining area forms a breakfast bar.
Outside
Relatively new sun decks to either end joined by a decked path that provides access to the entrance door. To the opposite side there is a useful shed.

There are two designated spaces outside the property and additional visitors parking nearby.

Electricity and LPG is metered via the park.
Water and drainage are included with the rates.

This lodge is for holiday and recreational use only and can be used 11 months of the year. It cannot be used as a permanent residence as this would be in breach of the siting agreement. If you wish to holiday let the lodge then this has to be done through the park, it cannot be let privately.
Holiday Letting
The property is currently let through various holiday agents. Most of of these bookings are for July and August this year and these would be passed to the new owners. Future bookings would need to be through John Fowlers.

Should you sell the lodge then a commission of 15% plus vat , based on the selling price, is payable to the park.
Directions
Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After a couple of miles you will pass a petrol station on your left and Atlantis Retirement Home. Continue on the main road and take the next left prior to descending the hill into Polperro. Follow this road and after a short distance you will see the main entrance to Killigarth Manor Holiday Park (John Fowler Holidays) on your left. Continue past this and take the next right into Park Road. On entering the Park follow the road and take the first turning left, continue to the T junction, turn left and the lodge is on your right.
