The Area

Officially one of the coolest neighbourhoods IN THE WORLD in which to live. Some newspaper said that, and I don't think it was the Mail. It's quite buzzy, and the newly renovated Broadway market is one of the best things to ever happen: all the food you could ever want and more. There's a bunch of vibey independent bars, pubs, restaurants, and even a Gail's bakery has sprung up recently meaning we have reached peak gentrification and there shall be sourdough for all. For the more daring of you, there's a bingo in a converted Victorian theatre. And of course the expansive Tooting Common with the biggest outdoor swimming pool in the UK on your doorstep.
