Vendor Comment: We moved here four years ago with no intention of leaving, but since then our situation has changed and we’ve decided to emigrate. The works we did to the house were completed with the aim of making a home to live in, not for making a quick sale. We insulated the rear of the house, updated all the windows, converted the basement into a spare room and knocked through lots of walls to make the ground floor a really usable space. We’ve restored the garden and planted a small nature haven that’s been great to watch grow.
We’ve loved living here. The house is spacious, with high ceilings and loads of storage. It’s served well as an office, family home and party venue all in one. We also love the area. We have friendly neighbours, loads of great pubs, restaurants and supermarkets (between Matter, Sweetmart, Zaytun and Bristol Bazaar you can get everything you need for any recipe).

It’s walking distance to lots of green space (it’s 10 mins to Eastville Park and from there amazing walks up the Frome valley). It’s also a short cycle or bus ride into town, and easy access to the motorway.
