This has been the perfect first home for us. We love the flat, with its big windows, high ceilings and views of the trees and garden outside. 
The quick walk to St Margaret’s train station is brilliant for busy mornings. With central London a short train ride away (and you always manage to get a seat!) you feel very close to the city when you want it, but with the more relaxed benefits of St Margaret’s and it’s independent cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. The flat is so close to Marble Hill Park and the river path, ideal for morning runs and weekend walks.
It’s been the best place to start our family, with a lovely community and plenty of baby activities in quick walking distance. We would live here forever if we could!

At around 486 sq ft, it’s a straightforward, well-balanced space that’s easy to live in, whether you’re buying your first place or looking for something solid as an investment.

The location is a big part of the appeal. You’re in St Margarets, within walking distance of the station, with Richmond close by and plenty of green space nearby. It’s the kind of area people tend to stay in once they’ve moved there.
