Set on the seventh floor of the St George's Gardens development, the apartment is accessed via secure intercom system to both the main entrance and the main floor itself, with only two apartments occupying this side of the building.

On entering the apartment there is an immediate storage space to the left, and then you are into the main spine of the apartment. An incredible open plan living room is to your left, with incredible views of the City Centre and St George's Church itself.

To the right is the kitchen area with seated breakfast bar area, wine cooler, Quooker hot tap, fitted kitchen items and plenty of work surface area. With the open and industrial style of the apartment you can really imagine entertaining into the evening here, with the backdrop of the City Centre lights in the distance.

Completing the main living area of the apartment is perhaps my favourite spot in the property. An enclosed corner "internal" balcony. A sliding door separates the spot from the living room, and as it is at the moment, the seating and bookshelves can give you the minds eye view of relaxing whilst enjoying the views and a drink.

Either side of the living room are the two main bedrooms, both really well proportioned doubles, and both with en-suite bathrooms (the second is Jack'N'Jill to the living space). With plenty of room for storage and beds alike, these aren't your usual cramped bedrooms.
