    Actually, nothing. Because for all necessary things and information, kampus has told us before we move in. Good!

    Great location next to transport links. Not too loud for being so central. My particular apartment gets no natural light at all which is a bit sad.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Within the day and always fixed it. Helpful and friendly when attending the flat

    The apartment gets no natural light and my private terrace is actually accessible by others if they just walk into it

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The range and quality of shops, restaurants and bars is outstanding. With a Sainsburys, a bakery, multiple restaurants all under the Kampus building it makes everything extremely convenient. The main train station is less than 5 min walk and so is city center. The street is quiet even tho one of the main bar streets is in 2 min proximity. Overall no bad aspects about the location it does not get any better than it is.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are always quick to respond and listen carefully to any issues and concerns and open to talk anything through. Every inquiry has been easily resolved with both sides satisfied. Extremely professional but friendly at the same time.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The amount of community events and activities they have going on almost every day!

    The local area is very convenient and pleasant to live in. There are shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, and it is easy to get daily essentials without travelling far. Transport links are good, with bus and train options close by. The street is generally quiet and safe, with only a little traffic noise during busy times.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management has responded well to any questions or issues raised. They are usually helpful, professional and try to resolve things in a reasonable time.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known how convenient the location would be for daily life. Shops, transport and local facilities are all close by, which makes living here much easier than expected.

    Transport couldn’t be closer, everything you need within 100s of metres, shops bars anything! I don’t personally get any traffic / loud behaviour from my flat. I don’t need parking so haven’t looked into this. Bins are so easy with a chute.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very prompt and all sorted out with no issues, really easy to log issues on the app.

    Check out all the flats in Kampus as the views are very different and all offer different vibes
