The principal bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a window in the gable end. The en suite shower room has a fully tiled walk-in shower, a traditional style vanity unit, and a WC. Bedroom two and three also have vaulted ceilings and fitted storage cupboards. The contemporary family bathroom has a free-standing bath, a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, and a WC.

Outside

The property is accessed via electric gates with an entry intercom which open to a gravel drive. There is off street parking for five cars in front of a double garage, which has an EV charge point and electric doors and power connected. Situation

The rural village of Crowell is at the foot of the Chiltern Hills and has easy access to walks, bridleways, and the traffic free 'Pheonix Trail' which is popular for walkers and cyclists. Chinnor (1 mile) has shops, primary schools, restaurants, public houses and the Chinnor lakes, a geological Site of Special Scientific Interest.
