Set on the western side of Naxos, in an elevated position overlooking Plaka Beach and the island’s western coastline, this distinctive residential development is located in a peaceful setting approximately 1 km from the sea.

The outdoor areas are designed for comfort and privacy, featuring a private swimming pool of 32 sq.m., a garden of approximately 1,400 sq.m., a shaded outdoor sitting area with pergola, and open parking space for two vehicles.
