This single-storey architect-designed finca has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, 3 covered terraces and a large terrace with pool. The sea view is omnipresent from all rooms of the house as well as from the pool and the terraces.

The house was built in the Menorcan style and is very bright and has air conditioning with dehumidification function in the living room. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans. The windows are made of aluminum with double glazing and the shutters are made of wood.

The finca is perfectly maintained, completely fenced with an electric gate and has an exterior and interior alarm system. It is also surrounded by a beautiful, low-maintenance 1200 sqm garden with Mediterranean vegetation, which is broken up by beige gravel for a more responsible use of water.

There are very few neighbors here, no busy roads and no nuisance from hotels or restaurants.

The beach of Binisafüller, less than 500m away, is within easy walking distance, as are Calo Blanc and the platform of Cap d'en Font. The beaches of Biniparratx, Binidali and Binibeca are also only 5/10 minutes away by car. Less than 300 meters from the house is the famous Cami de Cavalls, the GR223 hiking trail that runs around the entire island.
The house is located in the south-eastern part of Menorca. The village of Binibeca is only 5 minutes away by car, Sant LLuis 10, Mahón 15 and the airport 15.
