'We have loved our short time here. The garden for us was one of the key selling points - I love it when the boys come home from school and ask if we can play football in the garden. The home is great entertaining space too, we've had some lovely family celebrations and when it's a sunny day the rooms at the back of the house light up. It's a very cozy house, with amazing potential for a new buyer to put their mark on it...we had big plans, but life throws things at you that are unexpected!'

The Home

From here it's a short walk from Henleaze Road with a range of cafes, such as the relatively new 'Loafer' cafe and shops, such as the ever-popular Henleaze Garden Shop. Further down the road is Northumbria Drive, where there is Waitrose, the fantastic Westbury Park Pub and Kitchen, Scott Cinemas, The Little Shop & Pantry alongside another high street, North View, home to Little French and Prego and leading up to the Downs. Both a short distance away, Gloucester Road and Whiteladies Road have a host of independent cafes, shops, and restaurants, while the city centre is a little bit further still or a short cycle or bus ride in. The quiet roads of Henleaze offer a brilliant environment to walk, cycle and run, whilst a series of footpaths run around the area linking up the residents to the green areas of Horfield Common and the Golden Hill Sports Ground.
