“We were always keen to live in the heart of Woodhall Spa, and Petwood Oaks immediately stood out for its unique setting on the edge of the woodland, adjoining the renowned Petwood Hotel. From here, there is a lovely walk through to The Broadway, and even a private access into the hotel grounds, which we have thoroughly enjoyed, particularly for Sunday lunch and peaceful walks.

We selected No. 7, as we felt it occupied one of the best positions within the development, offering a high degree of privacy while still enjoying that connection to the surrounding woodland and hotel.
