This beautifully spacious, southwest facing living room offers an inviting and versatile space ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. French doors open onto a private balcony, allowing natural light to flood the room throughout the afternoon and evening and also providing space for your own plants and pots. The room also features double-glazed doors, an elegant fireplace with an attractive surround, and TV and satellite connection points.

Kitchenette
A well-equipped fitted kitchenette with wall and base units, stainless steel sink and drainer, white work surfaces, and an integrated fridge with freezer compartment. Benefitting from an opening window providing extra light and fresh air to the apartment.

Bedroom
Spacious double bedroom with double glazed window and a radiator. and includes ample storage space for coats, shoes, and personal belongings, with shelf and hanging rail. T.V. and telephone points.

Ensuite Shower Room
A well-appointed en-suite with a walk-in shower, low-level WC, washbasin set within a fully fitted vanity unit, wall mirror and heated towel rail.

Fees
A key benefit to living at Richmond Villages is the level of care, support and services that are available to make life more comfortable and enjoyable. A Service Charge of £182.11 per week covers the general upkeep of the village facilities, building insurance and maintenance, management and registration of staff, and social wellbeing activities and events. This is reviewed annually on 1st January.

A Transfer Fee of 6% of the sale price applies on resales in year one, 8% in year two, and 10% thereafter.

A separate charge for Ground Rent of £250 is payable annually on resale properties. This is subject to five yearly reviews from the commencement date specified in the lease.

Purchasers of Assisted Living apartments also pay for a Lifestyle Package or a Lifestyle Flex Package. These cover utility costs and (with differences between the two packages) meals, housekeeping and laundry services. Lifestyle Packages are available from £547 per week based on single occupancy. This is reviewed annually on 1st April.
