A smart kitchen has handleless cabinetry and is fitted with a Siemens oven and integrated appliances, including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and induction hob. On this floor there is also a guest WC and a handy utility room with outdoor access.
A hallway on the first floor has floor-to-ceiling fitted storage, and leads to four well-appointed bedrooms. In the principal, a wide, full-height window looks towards the front of the house and there is an en suite shower room with sanitaryware by Laufen. There are three additional bedrooms; one has sliding doors onto a private balcony. The plan is completed by a shared bathroom with polished chrome fittings.

On the first floor, a decked balcony with glass balustrade is a peaceful spot for reclining.
