A Flat That Truly Feels Like a Safe Home :)
My overall impression is that the flat is built to a high standard, using quality materials, and the furniture comes from good brands. Throughout my stay, I have not experienced any issues with the facilities or appliances provided in the apartment.
The layout and design of the flat give you the flexibility to create a home that you truly want!
One aspect that particularly stands out is the cleanliness of the communal areas. The reception, gym, study and games room, and corridors are consistently well maintained and always feel fresh and clean, which shows good property management.
Although the rent may seem slightly expensive at first, considering the quality of the accommodation, the facilities provided, and the overall living experience, I believe the cost is justified.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
its close to everywhere! Close to new street station, coach station, shopping centre and more!
Thats an amazing location!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are good at this and I have no more comment to add
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you’re considering a first-floor flat with a balcony or large windows above the parking area, keep in mind that it can become quite cold during the winter months. As a result, you may need to use the heating more often, which could lead to higher electricity bills.

Great place to live in
This development offers modern, well-designed accommodation with a clean and contemporary feel. The layout of the apartments is practical and thoughtfully planned, making great use of space and natural light. The communal areas are well maintained, secure, and always kept tidy, which creates a welcoming environment for residents. The facilities available are excellent and add real value to everyday living. Property management is professional, organised and responsive, which makes a huge difference to the overall living experience.
A special mention must go to Gavyn, who has truly made my stay amazing. He is incredibly capable, approachable and always willing to help. Gavyn consistently goes above and beyond to resolve any issues tenants may have, handling concerns quickly and effectively. His proactive attitude and genuine care for residents really set him apart. It is reassuring to know that any problems will be dealt with professionally and efficiently. His support has made living here a genuinely positive experience, and it wouldn’t be the same without him.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve really enjoyed living in this area and have had a very positive experience overall. The local shops, restaurants and cafés are great, with plenty of options nearby which makes everything very convenient. There are also nice open spaces around, which makes the area feel welcoming and pleasant.
Transport links are reliable and easily accessible, making it simple to get around. The area feels safe and well looked after, and I haven’t experienced any real setbacks while living here. bin collections and general upkeep have all been smooth and hassle-free.Overall, it’s a good area to live in and I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time here. I would happily recommend it to others.

Convenient and modern
The building is designed well, don’t hear neighbours/noise unless they are in the hallway. Club house is always clean and tidy. The only thing I’d like an improvement on is the gym it would be great to have more equipment. The new team are really helpful and are really putting in an effort with resolving issues/helping with queries and putting on events.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s lot of restaurants, bars and shops. Travel is very convenient, close to bus stops, 10 min walk to New street station, 30 minutes to the airport. My street can get busy as it is next to the college/uni and hotels but rarely there are issues with this, just busy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team have always responded well to any issues/feedback we’ve had and addressed it promptly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Living next to a college/uni means the area gets super busy during the day - not a bad thing but something to be aware of

Manager's response
Hi Leah,
Thank you for sharing such a lovely and constructive review .it is truly appreciated.
I am really pleased to hear that the building design, sound insulation, and the cleanliness of the clubhouse have all made a positive difference to your experience. Your recognition of the new team’s efforts from resolving issues promptly to supporting residents and hosting events means a great deal to us.
Your comments about the local area and its convenience are spot on, and your note about the busier daytime atmosphere near the college is helpful insight for future residents. We’ve also taken your feedback on the gym equipment onboard as we continue planning improvements.
Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of the Whitmore community. Our team is always here to support you.
Kind regards
Kishor

Praise for the facilities team
Just wanted to give a mention to Jordan of the facilities team. He's been superb, super helpful and a great communicator. I had a couple of minor issues when I moved in and Jordan couldn't have been more efficient. Came up with solutions very quickly, made it work and followed up later to make sure all was well. Couldn't have asked for more.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Handy for local supermarkets. A quiet area but very easy to walk to pubs, restaurants, museum, city centre etc. Ideal for me.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Swiftly and efficiently. Jordan from the facilities team was outstanding
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing. I was given all the information I needed when I first viewed the property

The whitmore collection is the best home
The whitmore collection is a warm home. In fact, I think the design, facilities, building management and property management here. All are the best! If I need to offer some suggestions, perhaps in the decoration of some rooms, the mirror in the wardrobe should not reflect the bed (this is for some practical considerations. In many ethnic cultures, mirrors and beds are relatively not easily accepted).
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The surrounding environment of The whitmore collection is very good. It is a 3-minute walk to the nearest tesco and a 10-minute walk to the railway station. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby. The living environment on the street is also very clean and comfortable
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building managers are very friendly and.kind. I'm truly appreciate Agnieszka's time and effort for her kind help even after I have moved out of The whitmore collection
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In fact, The whitmore collection did an excellent job and had answered all my questions before I moved in.
