About 16 miles to the west is the City of Exeter which is also the County Town of Devon. The Jurassic Coast at Lyme Bay and World Heritage Site lies some 10 miles to the south along with Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe only 10-15 miles away all having an array of facilities, shops, cafes and coastal walks.
