It is located in the Ricote countryside, on the border of Blanca, Ricote, Abarán, Mula, and Cieza. BUILDING

Adventure sports are readily available in this superb location, situated within a Special Protection Area (SPA) of the Natura 2000 network in the Charrara Ravine. Several businesses operate in the area, and it is close to the Segura River, where rafting trips are available between Cieza and Blanca. There are also two thermal spas nearby, one in Mula and the other in Archena. There are several castles to visit within the property's perimeter, and three air conditioning units (heating and cooling): one in each of the living rooms and one in the upstairs bedroom.
