Duncan Smith House is located in a quieter area of Harborne, with it's own outside space. 8 apartments are duplex with only the 2 rooms in each sharing the kitchen and dining/lounge room
The entrance hall leads to Room 1, the kitchen/dining room, stairs to room 2 and the bathroom with a full bath, overhead shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
Upstairs, Room 2 is the deluxe room with all the features of room 1 plus your own ensuite bathroom.
We are a 20 minute bus journey into Newman Uni, with the buses running every 20 minutes or 13 minute cycle ride, walking would take 48 minutes and we are launching a team up with Lime for bike service, for which we would pass on a discount.
