There is existing business Virgin fibre optic broadband 1GB zoom so its super fast and super reliable. This can be continued by the new tenants or canceled by us and you can purchase your own. it is £38pm in total if you wish to keep it
The only other additional cost is the electric which is on a top up meter and this year has cost not even £10 a week in total between all 4 tenants so literally a few pounds each a week.
This property is ideal for quiet students who want a lovely super clean, homely, safe and warm flat. The neighbours are wonderful and it's very friendly building with a perfect mix of students and couples/ families but some of them are elderly and they have loved the previous tenants so they do not want to be disturbed late at night by noisy students having loud parties etc. They are totally ok with the occasional respectful gathering as long as they know:)
