Located in the countryside, about a3 minute drive from it's centre and local facilities. The cottage is habitable and requires updating throughout. There are some outbuildings adjacent to the main dwelling and these could be incorporated to enlarge the living space.

The central village lake is a hub, holding BBQ's and liev music dances on a Friday evening throughout the summer, having pedalos on the lake and fishing too. The gardens and lakeside walks provide somewhere to meet and integrate in village life. There is also a bar/restaurant and a hiardressers within the village. The village shop closed for refurbishment this year and will reopen in 2027.
Other local places to visit and see are too numerous to mention, with the western coastline just a 50 minute drive away.
