  • Install new riser rail in shower

  • Install new UPVC window

  • Replace boxing in with white UPVC cladding

  • Treat mould on walls and ceiling

  • Make good and redecorate with 2 coats of anti mould paint

  • Cut out and reseal all sanitaryware with anti mould silicone

Hallway and Landing

  • Install new newel post and spindles

  • Raise height of banister and handrail on landing to meet building regulations

  • Remove staircase to loft which does not meet building regulations

  • Install new loft hatch and stair type pull down loft ladder

  • Re secure door frame and install new letter plate to front door

  • Install 1 hour fireproof boarding to underside of stairs

  • Seal all joints and edges with intumescent sealant

Bedrooms

  • Install new internal doors to bedrooms

  • Undercoat and gloss doors in white

  • Back bedroom: install UPVC door and frame with opening window above

  • Install window restrictors

  • Install thumb turn euro cylinder

Whole Property

  • Redecorate property throughout with 2 coats of emulsion

  • Prepare and undercoat woodwork

  • Topcoat woodwork with white satinwood
