From the Vendor

“The Garden Flat has been a wonderful home for me over the years. It's an ideal flat for entertaining. I have very happy memories of hosting friends and family, with big dinner parties in the living room and summer barbecues in the massive garden. As the only flat with direct access to the outside space, the whole garden felt like my own (and it's great to have the private terrace too). It's southwest facing, so it's a sun trap in the afternoons and evenings.

The kitchen is a particular favourite spot for me. I love to cook and renovated it while I lived there. It's such a nice space to be and really catches the light throughout the day.

The location is great - my commute was speedy with lots of transport options from Lewisham station less than ten minutes away and at the weekends we loved to visit the cafes and pubs of Blackheath. The flat is right on the edge of the heath with access to all the green space of Blackheath and Greenwich Park.

The neighbours are all fantastic people and we work together to maintain the house and garden"

The Blackheath Branch

jdm are a leading independent estate agent for residential sales and lettings. We are large enough to provide your property with the best and most efficient marketing possible, but still small enough to care. The Blackheath Village office covers the following areas: Blackheath, Greenwich, Westcombe Park, Hither Green, Lee, Charlton, Lewisham, & Eltham.

The office is open Monday to Saturday and is situated at the start of the village overlooking the Heath and All Saints Church, so is in a great location to take advantage of the many visitors attracted by the famous landmarks, shops, restaurants and bars. All of our staff are motivated to find you the right buyer in the right timescale and to provide an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers throughout the process of moving home. Our aim is to try and make the moving process as painless as possible.

All jdm offices are linked via Encore Live technology; a computer system that enables each office to market every property as if it were their own and treat every applicant as if they registered with them. The sophisticated system allows us to text message, email and post details as well as regularly maintain contact with all our clients with feedback and market updates.
