The bounty from the apple tree has led us to produce Selworthy Cider, which we've delighted in sharing with friends. We've found a wonderful community here, in part through fitness classes and the community garden at Redcatch Park"

The home

A gorgeous three-bedroom Victorian terraced home with an extended living space. Living in Knowle

Selworthy Road is in a popular pocket of houses between Wells Road and Bath Road. One of the real benefits of this house is the amount and variety of parks and green spaces within a short distance. Redcatch Park and Community Garden, Perretts Park and Arnos Vale Cemetery, with its popular Atrium Café, all within 10 minutes walk from the house. The expansive Victoria Park and Callington Road Nature Reserve are also nearby, providing brilliant open spaces for the summer or for walking the dog all year round. The area is easily commutable from Bristol City Centre, approximately 30 minutes walk, a short cycle or bus journey down Wells Road. The area also has lots of amenities on the doorstep with Wells Road recently becoming home to more and more popular bars, cafes and restaurants. The Knowle Pub is within easy reach and provides the ideal locals pub for food and drink and is a great spot for a Sunday lunch or a beer in the garden.
