Owners Comment
Entering the building is like going back in time to the 1930s through the main grand entrance. The flat is light and airy with high ceilings. There are lovely features such as parquet flooring and feature fireplace. All rooms are well proportioned with two double bedrooms, which we found a rarity when we were looking. The building is set back from the road surrounded by trees and shrubs; this makes for a very peaceful environment. The private terrace is such a lovely space for relaxing or al fresco dining. The terrace is surrounded by beautiful trees and plants, it is a wonderful outlook. The location is amazing, the park has just undergone refurbishment. We love going for a walk and visiting the food market. We are also very close to Crystal Palace with locally renowned restaurants and bars. We have multiple stations nearby making the daily commute a doddle.
