Vendor Comments
A much-loved family home for over 47 years. My parents were thrilled to find such a lovely characterful home all those years ago, when my father's job circumstances suddenly changed, and we had to move from Norfolk. We were welcomed by the house, and the community. Set in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, close to all amenities, such as a local shopping parade, bus and rail links to major stations, and the Sixth-Form College. Several good dog-walking areas were soon discovered on the doorstep. These amenities were appreciated greatly...especially being able to shop for essentials without having to use the car.
The garden has been a huge asset to the property, worked on tirelessly by my late mother, and offering a tranquil respite from the hurley-burley of life and a safe place for wildlife. Being a special and secluded place for the various family gatherings it has hosted over many years, this space brings an extra dimension to the property!
We will greatly miss our association with Number 14, but we trust that the future owners will make many happy new memories of their own.
