What the owner says....
There are so many other wonderful things we love about the house, the staircase and expanse of the 1st floor has always been rather eye catching for us. The office is a large and airy space to focus when working from home and the kitchen and utility has worked well with the casual breakfast bar perfect for busy mornings. We decided on a low maintenance back garden, that is just a really nice space to sit and enjoy some peace listening to the birds sing but also a nice area to socialise which is not over looked.
Over the time we have lived here we have made a some improvements such as new windows and shutters to the front of the house, replaced the dual aspect roof on the existing extension, created the utility room, kitchen renovation, family bathroom has been renovated and the back garden has been landscaped.
The Brangwyn Estate is a wonderful area to live, in the summer it appears very green and leafy and it always feels so peaceful. Our direct neighbours are all lovely people and there is a feeling of warmth and community in the area.
In terms of location it has been perfect for us, the locals schools (Patcham & Westdene) are all walkable distance, Patcham village is a 5 minute walk away with a parade of useful shops including a coffee shop, co-op, bakery, hairdressers, dentist and post office. Hove and Preston Park are also very close by.
We will miss this home greatly!
