Services
The main house and the hot water are heated by an oil boiler, which is situated externally and a multi fuel burner located in the kitchen. In addition there is an array of solar panels which heat the hot water in the summer months. A second array of solar panels supplements the mains electricity connection and the property benefits from a feed in tariff which provides a payment of approximately of £1800 to £2000 per annum. This agreement runs up until October 2036. The inverter for this system is located in the garage. The hot water and heating for the annexe is provided separately by a Grant oil boiler located in the garage. The house, annexe and outbuilding are fitted with UPVC double glazing and the garage and workshops are single glazed. We understand that fibre broadband and mobile telephone reception are available. For an indication of speeds and supply please see the OFCOM website: Off road, private parking is available on the driveway. No services, appliances, boilers or radiators have been tested.
