A Note from the Homeowner

My mum moved into the flat in 1993, and it suited her really well being on the ground floor. She found it easy to get in and out and really valued the sense of community within the block.
When Mum moved on, we decided to keep the property and let it out. It’s always been straightforward to find tenants, and people have tended to stay longer than expected, which reflects how well the flat works and its convenient setting.
