Description

The owners love …..

Welcome to Marlborough Road

When we first viewed this property we fell in love with the nestling location within the private cul-de-sac and the beautiful views of the mature trees. It instantly felt like home.

Upon entering you are greeted with a welcoming spacious hallway leading to the lounge/diner a generous space with an abundance of natural light flowing through. Our home has been extended to the front, so this has really opened up our living space. As well as the extension we also added solar panels which have been great as we have a feed in tariff arrangement making the utility bills much cheaper.

Separate from our lounge/diner we have a snug room perfect for those cosy evenings and ideal to have the extra living space for a growing family.

We have a contemporary, sizeable well-equipped kitchen with a clean aesthetic. It is perfect for family life and has views over our private enclosed rear garden.

Leading outside our garden is fully decked for easy maintenance and we have a seating area receiving sunshine all day. We have a shed for storage with power and are the only house on the street to have an enclosed side access perfect for additional storage and we have made the best of this, it is really useful.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom generous in size with our super king bed and plenty of space for storage. Our second bedroom is also a generous double with a good size third bedroom.

We have a modern family bathroom with a shower.

Separate to the house we have a garage with an electric car charger and power. It is ideal to park our car here and leave it to charge overnight.

Our loving home is situated in a very green area of Stevenage we have the beautiful Fairlands Valley Park nearby beautiful scenic walks as well as the lovely village of Aston approximately 20 minutes’ walk away with a fabulous country pub. We have an array of local amenities to include Sainsburys and excellent public transport links taking you to the town and old town full of quaint boutique shops. The train station has its high-speed links to Kings Cross within 30 minutes. We are in the catchment area to excellent local schools to include Nobel & Marriotts. This area really does offer something for everyone and we will miss it!

The time has come for pastures new to move to a new area for work and to let someone else enjoy all this amazing home has to offer.

VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

eXp UK are the newest estate agency business, powering individual agents around the UK to provide a personal service and experience to help get you moved.

Here are the top 7 things you need to know when moving home:

Get your house valued by 3 different agents before you put it on the market

Don't pick the agent that values it the highest, without evidence of other properties sold in the same area

It's always best to put your house on the market before you find a property

The estate agent acts for the seller and is there to get the seller the best price possible

Understand the length of time it can take - 14 weeks from when you accept an offer, or have an offer accepted to move in! A long time!

It can get stressful, but speak to your agent and your solicitor and they will put you in the picture

Be nice to estate agents - we're pretty nice people, offer some great advice and will help to get you moved ;-)
