Q is led by Managing Director Jamie Rolls, who brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in estate agency and property. Having previously built and run two estate and letting businesses, Jamie has seen just about every side of the property industry — and knows that good estate agency is about far more than simply putting a property on the market.

That experience matters when a buyer raises a question, a survey throws up an issue, a chain becomes difficult or a transaction simply needs someone to take responsibility and sort things out.
