Park run on a Saturday morning followed by a coffee and cake treat is a great way to kick the weekend off. Lovers of a fine drinking establishment are sorted with the C+A near enough to tempt. Failing that if you venture to cross the tracks - the station hotel is a 4 minute walk and is winning high praise for excellent food and fine ale (try the roast dinners - yum!)
