Farmers Association, has developed a new
form of tenancy agreement that will be used
for this letting. This agreement enables
the Landlord and Tenant to agree a set of
shared agricultural, environmental and social
aspirations for the management of the farm,
including diversification opportunities, at the
outset of the agreement. A draft agreement
will be included in the data room.
