THE SELLERS VIEW:

One of the many reasons we bought this home was due to the light and spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. It has been a fabulous space for hosting our friends and family, and we have found it great to be able to cook, eat, relax and play all together in the same room without ever feeling crowded. As we spend most of our family time in this space, we enjoy being able to keep the lounge as a calmer adult room for the evenings.

It is has always been a bonus that we can look out of the kitchen/dining area windows or bifold doors to easily keep an eye on the children when they are out in the garden too!

All of the bedrooms have worked so well for us and are a great size. In particular we’ve loved how spacious the loft conversion is, the nice views to the rear, and how big the built in wardrobe space is!

The house backs on to school fields and beyond that is a nature reserve so we have enjoyed great views and an easily accessible green space. The house has good side access and space for 3 cars on the drive when we have guests.

We really love this house and the only reason we are selling is to move county to be closer to our family. We will be sad to leave as it really has been the most perfect family home for us! We have got married and had two children over our (almost) five years of living here.
