LOT 1 - LAND AT WEST GARLETON (45 ACRES)
Lot 1 comprises two fields (Field 1 & 2), now farmed as one which extends to approximately 45 acres (18 hectares) in total. The compartment is directly accessed from the public road (A6137). The land rises from 100 metres above sea level at the northern boundary to about 125 metres above sea level at the south eastern corner. The land is wholly arable and is deemed as Class 3.1 by The James Hutton Institute. The fields are currently farmed in hand and cropped in approximately 32 acres of spring barley and 12 acres of spinach.
LOT 2 - LAND AT SPITTALRIGG (44 ACRES)
Situated about 3 miles southwest of Lot 1, Lot 2 comprises two fields extending to approximately 44 acres (18 hectares) in total. Access to Field 3 is from a minor public road, leading off the A199 (south), Field 4 is accessed directly off the A199. The land rises from 95 to 105 metres above sea level. The land is wholly arable and is deemed as Class 2 (Field 4) and Class 3.1 (Field 3) by The James Hutton Institute. Both parcels are currently let seasonally for growing potatoes.
BASIC PAYMENT ENTITLEMENT SCHEME

CLAWBACK PROVISIONS
