5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve really enjoyed living in this area. There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance and public transport is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The neighbourhood feels safe, clean and friendly. It’s generally quiet, and I’ve had no issues with noise or antisocial behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has always responded quickly and professionally whenever I needed assistance. Any small issues were resolved without delay, and communication was friendly and efficient. It’s reassuring to know that help is always available when needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative. If I had known how comfortable and well-managed this place was, I would have chosen it even sooner! My advice to new residents is simply to enjoy living here. The location is great, the building is well looked after, and the staff genuinely care about making your stay as comfortable as possible.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Kimmeridge is conveniently located, being a 15min walk/5min bus journey to the train station in the centre of Oxford. It's also easily accessible by car, due to being close to the A34 and having ample car parking on site and at the hotel next door. There are several supermarkets/shops, cafes/restaurants, bars/pubs and amenities close by. The community and the wider area are safe, friendly and welcoming.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had no problems or issues, but am confident that the building management team would resolve any that I did have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The property management team have trolleys that can be borrowed to help when moving in.

Building close to the station but Not enough shops and restaurants in the area. It would be great if tesco finally opens…
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Emily, Fatou and Jibran are always kind, professional and very helpful whenever I wish to raise a concern. They are great team and making a real difference. Jibran conducted my annual inspection today. Although he only joined the team recently, he was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He was very efficient and knowledgeable on how the team can support us as tenants (if needed). Thank you very much!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing in particular. We like living here and I have nothing to add.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is great with a few tram stops only a short walk away so we had an easy and quick commute into work. The nearby Co-op is handy and supermarkets are a short walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team are super responsive to maintenance requests and resolve any issues within a few days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only have positive experiences about our time at Clipper’s Quay and after reading over reviews I was nervous about our deposit being returned, however the team were very fair and returned the deposit to us very quickly after moving out.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location with two grocery stores less than 5 minutes away. It’s also right opposite the train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There were some delays initially but recently the issue was resolved. I liked the detailed communication and escalation of the matter with reasonable resolution options.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Gym is great, didn’t have before I moved and turned out to be really good standard. AC’s in communal areas also very good especially during summer
