The house was built in year 1890 and reconstructed in 2004. It is located in the most beautiful part of the Bay of Kotor in the place where are many sunny days during a year. Built of stone, in Mediterranean style, total area of 160 m2. Currently it is layed out as two apartments one on each level. Both apartments have 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate living, kitchen and dining areas.

It has a garden of 100 m2, which is surrounded with carved stone and wrought iron railings done in the original Mediterranean style, as well as a Punta/quay side where there is electricity and water to service yachts moored, PONTA (space for sunbathing) of 240 m2 and there you can use five parking spaces. PONTA is the property of the institution MORSKO DOBRO of Montenegro but the owner of the house has a right to use a PONTA and without permission of the owner one has the right to use. In marina is possible to docked a boat up to 16 m length.

Also, the house has 150 m2 plot located on the one side and in that area is a object to the rear of the house.
