Martley has lovely countryside walks, pubs, a village park and hall. The M5 motorway can be accessed at Junction 7 in Worcester and there are two railway stations in the City.

Heaton House has 16 self contained unfurnished apartments each with their own kitchen, lounge, bathroom and a double bedroom. Situated within communal grounds and at the centre is a delightful conservatory. Main heating is by electric storage heaters. There is non-resident management staff and a 24 hour careline alarm system to call in help in case of an emergency.

Available now is a one bedroom first floor apartment that is suitable for one person or a couple.

You will be required to pay one month's rent in advance of approx. £724.52 on the tenancy start day. Please note our preferred method of payment is via Direct Debit and we accept and Universal Credit. The exact rent in advance figure will be confirmed at application stage.

Please note if you intend to claim Housing Element of Universal Credit or there are service charges of up to £13.17pcm not covered by these benefits. £1.72pcm administration charge, £7.85pcm support charge and an optional personal alarm charge should you wish one for £3.60pcm.

If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the lettings officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the lettings officer will confirm the rent and service charges.

If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.

Please be aware / Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in, and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy. If you are a current private tenant, council tenant or a housing association tenant you will be required to give notice on your current home. This is usually 4 weeks or 1 months' notice. If you are a current tenant of Platform Housing Group, you will be required to give 4 weeks or 1 months' notice. You will only need to give notice if you have been informed that you are being considered/offered a property. If you have any further questions, please contact your landlord.
