Preference shall be given firstly to persons resident in the area of the Civil Parishes of Milnthorpe and Heversham, secondly to persons resident in the area of the Civil Parishes of Hincaster, Levens, Stainton, Sedgwick, Preston Richard and Preston Patrick, thirdly to persons resident in the area of the Civil Parish of Beetham and fourthly to persons resident in the local authority District of Westmorland and Furness

Be eligible to receive income support

Almspeople contribute a small weekly sum towards the cost of maintaining the almshouses of the Charity
