Large separate shower room with 1200mm shower tray, Porcelanosa powershower, with toilet, basin and heated chrome towel rail. The shower room and bathroom feature stylish recessed lighting.
All the windows and doors are UPVC double glazed giving good insulation and security. The roof was fully insulated to keep winter heating bills down.
Full central heating is provided by a high-flow condensing combi- boiler which gives better showers and faster filling baths. It is controlled by a digital programmable thermostat.
There is are two lovely attic bedrooms with velux windows and blinds. The bedrooms go across the full width of the house and are 17feet wide!
There is a secure large back yard which is protected by high walls and is ideal for BBQ's and summer gatherings.
There are full insurance standard locks with individual room locks and high security lock system.
The house is registered with Newcastle Council and is fully HMO compliant.
