The residence has been constructed in a beautiful complex with three buildings. The residences are independent, with outdoor space in the exclusive use of each while they share only a private road for their access. This house occupies the eastern part of the plot with 1440 m² in its exclusive use. The land has a northern slope and the building is properly located so that each floor is on the ground floor with direct access from the natural ground level. The views from all points are impressive to the verdant surrounding area, over the nearby villages and up to the sea and the bay of Souda in the background. A high slope with a wall as well as the areas on the sea side that have been classified as forest ensure that the views will remain as they currently are in the future, even from the lowest level, where the pool is located.

At the front of the house there is a good-sized parking space that provides access to the upper floor while with small configurations you can also park before the entrance to the ground floor. Around the residence there are large yards with several covered or free spaces as well as sunny or shaded areas all day. Next to the residence, a large flower garden has been created with some fruit trees while there is also a section that has not been landscaped, where you can construct a built barbecue or add a jacuzzi. The pool is surrounded by a large garden with grass and a spacious area for sunbathing. Next to the residence there is a storehouse of approximately 7 m².

The residence has been completely renovated only recently and all the necessary equipment has been added so that it can be rented out for tourist purposes. It can comfortably accommodate at least 10 people and the current owners will sell it with all its clientele in order to have a significant annual income immediately. On the ground floor we find a large open-plan space with large patio doors that face the pool, a central bathroom as well as two extremely large bedrooms. The kitchen has a large counter, many cabinets and all the necessary electrical appliances. An internal metal staircase leads to the upper floor and a large entrance hall. At this point is the external main entrance of the upper floor which, among other things, allows you to separate the two levels. The first floor includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms as well as a central bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor leads to a large covered terrace with breathtaking views, which is a great advantage of the house.

The property is mainly surrounded by areas with natural vegetation while there are also some luxurious residences, in a short distance. The area is very quiet and around the residence you can only hear the sounds of nature. In the nearby small town of Vamos, you will find a bank, a supermarket, a medical center, a pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants and some other shops. Within a distance of 10 to 15 minutes' drive, there are countless places of interest and beautiful villages that are worth exploring. The seaside, small town of Kalyves, which is about 15 minutes' drive, has all kinds of shops and services, as well as a long beach with areas with facilities or quieter spaces. The city and the airport of Chania are about 40 and 45 minutes' drive, respectively.
