Lister Mills

Designed by David Morley Architects, Velvet Mill offers 2,335 - 6,200 sq ft of commercial space and would make an ideal office. Alternative uses such as showroom or leisure spaces are also suitable subject to planning.

Lister Mills is situated on Lillycroft road, a busy hub of the Manningham community, with plenty of eateries, cafes and local amenities.
