Business Description
Veritas Business Sales are delighted to offer for sale this thriving Café & Soft Play Centre which is located in Shirley, Solihull. The business was established by our clients back in April 2024 is only now being offered for sale due to unforeseen ill health.
Since ownership they have refurbished, redecorated, re-wired and installed brand-new equipment along with fixtures & fittings which are all bought and paid for and included within the sale price which is a huge plus for any new purchaser as additional funds will not need to be spent for some time. Mini Mugs Playhouse is owner operated with the help of 2 part time member of staff and accounting information can be made available on application. They café serves a range of breakfast items, lunch items, toasties, pizzas, freshly cut sandwiches, jacket potatoes, specialist coffees, teas, milkshakes and cold drinks. The soft play sessions you can pre-book a 90 minute slot to secure or walk-ins are also welcome if available. They have a party room which is very popular and pre-bookings are taken for that ultimate celebration. Parents can indulge while the kids are on their adventure.
We believe that there is further potential to increase trade should you wish by extending the current opening times and by adding an alcohol licence. There is a large garage to the rear which is currently used as storage. This could easily be converted and used for something else. The business enjoys a strong reputation within the local community and beyond and as such has a high level of regular and repeat trade along with many passers by. This is a superb opportunity to purchase a turnkey business where all the hard work has been done and is a great base to build upon and as such early viewing is highly recommended.
