Thinking of selling your business?
Here at Alan J Picken's, using our 40 years' experience in business transfer, we know exactly what it takes to sell your business. We are a family run business, renowned for
offering a personal and professional service- we are an established brand that you can trust.
No hidden costs
We do not take a business on to sell unless we believe we can sell it. Some agents will take on businesses at an over-inflated valuation just to charge their hidden advertising fees or exit fees when the business inevitably does
not sell. With our 40 years' experience of valuing and selling businesses, our valuations are at the level that we
believe the business will sell for and not an over-inflated figure to entice you. We don't believe in hidden exit fees
or advertising costs, here at Alan J Picken we are committed to being open and transparent when it comes to
commission and advertising fees
Maximum exposure
We will market your business extensively across all the major business for sale websites, ensuring your business
is seen by thousands of active buyers in just a matter of days. As well as our extensive database of buyer's that
we have on file.
Competitive fees
We are a family run business and are able to offer some of the most competitive rates in the industry. We are
able to do this as we do not subcontract out to expensive sales reps, the member of our team who carried out
your initial valuation will be on hand to guide you through the sale process.
Confidentiality
We know selling your business can be stressful and you may not want your customers or staff to find out. Here at
Alan J Picken we can tailor our marketing to ensure your business is kept discreet and confidential.
Specialist Solicitors
We have excellent relationships with many solicitors who specialize in business transfer, some of whom we have
dealt with for over 40 years.
