Q16 Quorum, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EZ

Parker Knights is a specialist office real estate agency based in Newcastle, serving businesses and landlords across the North East of England.

We work on both sides of the market - helping occupiers find the right space and negotiate the best possible deal, and advising landlords on letting and managing their office assets.

On the landlord side, we consistently rank among the top three agents for office leasing take-up in the region, acting for high-profile assets including Central Square South, 1 Citygate, 1 St James Gate, Earl Grey House, and Baltic Works. Recent deals include 7,500 sq ft letting in the city to Origin Tech and in the out of town market, a 30,000 sq ft letting to Northern Powergrid at Sunderland on behalf of Cable Properties.

On the occupier side, recent work includes acting for Hubexo in their acquisition of 14,000 sq ft at One Trinity Gardens - one of Newcastle's most prominent office addresses.

Whether you're a business with an upcoming office decision or a landlord looking for the right agency to represent your building, we'd love to hear from you.
