A fantastic brick-built three storey warehouse which is located in the centre of Wiveliscombe, Devon. Excellently presented and divided into various different show rooms together with cloakroom and a large car park. This would make an ideal development, storage or retailing opportunity. Formerly a highly successful antiques centre with a floor plan area of approx. 5556 sq. ft usable floor space. Our client would actively consider a sale subject to planning permission. Early viewings are highly recommended.
