Our managed Business Centre offers commercial office leases designed to balance stability with flexibility. The standard lease length is six years, although we understand that businesses may need an early exit. A service charge budget is presented to all incoming tenants and apportionments are set according to actual expenditure occurred on the site. To accommodate this, each contract includes a rolling tenant break clause after the first 12 months and a rent review at the three year point.
