Available across five suites ranging from 2 to 10 person spaces, our private offices offer a self-contained workspace on flexible monthly terms.

1 x 2 Person Office — £600/month
2 x 4 Person Office — £1200/month
2 x 6 Person Office — £1800/month
1 x 10 Person Office — £3,000/month

Dedicated Co-Working Desks
Not ready for a private office? Secure your own permanent desk within our vibrant co-working space. With 12 dedicated desks available at £250/month (exc. VAT), you'll have a consistent, professional base without the overhead, no hot-desking, no uncertainty. Enquire now to reserve your desk ahead of our July opening.

Meeting Room
A fully equipped meeting room is available to book on-site, ideal for client visits, team sessions, and board meetings, available to all office and desk members.

Term & Notice

Minimum term: 6 months
Notice period: 3 months
Rolling monthly thereafter with 3 months notice

Payment Terms

2 months deposit held against dilapidations and unpaid rent — returned within 28 days of vacation subject to deductions
First month's rent in advance on licence commencement
Rent payable monthly in advance on the 1st of each month
